You may hire our attorneys to seek you a temporary driver's license commonly referred to as an Occupational Driver's License (ODL), or Essential Need License. An ODL, if permitted for you, would allow you to drive legally, for the duration of your Josephine DL suspension, so that you may continue to transport yourself to school, work, and other locations you cannot do without.
